Thanks a lot everyone ..........well i dont know about other books other than kaplans lecture notes ,which i studies.i think they r enough.actually i dont like to study from different books.so it depends .i honestly dont know about the boards made miraculously simple,so cannot comment.i feel hy gross anatomy should be better than kaplans ,though i didnt study that.as far as histology goes i think kaplans was good. actually what matters is how well u study it....u need to have a good grasp of the subject, understand it well.my schedule for this time was......i started my prep in july 04,studied 4-6 hrs initially and tried to gear up and 8-9 hrs later, did q book.after my first reading.....found about goljan audio for path and did patho simultaneously while listening to the lectures.did q bank 1 block every day ,did my final revision and did NBME 20 DAYs before my test .did kap simulated 16 days before.then studied 1st aid and did NBME 10 days before the test.in the last days tried to study my weak areas and did 1st aid once more with goljan 100 pages in the last few days...i hope this helps.
